Hi, Im Laura.  

I have worked in childcare for many years and have held a variety of roles, including a Nanny, Higher Level TA, room lead, Nursery Manager.  I have a real passion for supporting children during their early years journey.  

I am also a mum of 2 and have 2 step chidlren which helps me understand the importance of creating. asafe, nurturing and inspiring environment where all children feel secure and valued.  Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new places.  I am proud to lead our team at Growing Stars and look forward to working closely with our families.  

Hello Im Jade. 

I have worked in childcare for over 7years across all ages.  In my spare time I enjoy baking, especially cakes and hoing out exploring with geocaches.  I have recently moved to the area and have loved welcoming new families to the setting.  

I enjoy watching and enriching each child development and getting to know their individual personalities.  I love getting the know the children and making sure each child have the best opportunity to learn, grow and most importantly have fun.  

Hi, My name is Sarah and I hold a level 2 qualification in Early Years.  I joined Growing Stars after a career change and decided to progress with my childcare passion.  

Children are naturally curious and full of imagination.  Whether they are learning to read, creating artwork or simply asking questions about the world around them, they remind me how important it is to stay positive and open minded.  I like being able to support them and help create a safe and happy environment where they feel valued.  

Watching a child learn something for the first time, over a challenge or smile proudly after achieving a geal is incredibly meaningful.  Those moment make it all worthwhile.  

I have 3children of my own, we love exploring outdoors and love visiting new places.  

I have been working in early years for over 19 years. I have a level 4 qualification with plenty of hands on experience. I love working with young children as everyday is different and they bring so much joy and laughter to everyone. It's also such a privilege to be a part of their learning and development journey, seeing how much they grow and change during their time in preschool. I have a forest school background and love the outdoors.

I live locally with my husband and five children. In my spare time I love baking and growing my own vegetables in the garden.

I have 16years experience working with young children.  Ive had various roles during that time, starting as a midday supervisor at the lower school where my daughters attended, to a TA, to breakfast and afterschool club assistant and Preschool Assistant. 

I have lived in Stewartby for 28years with my husband, 2 daughters and step son.  I love reading, sitting in the garden and going for coffee with friends.  

After completing a degree in Psychology, I found a love for understanding child development and how their early years play a crucial park life.  I am passionate about helping children learn through play, developing their skills while having fun.  

I'm a very creative person, enjoying painting reading and drawing in my spare time so I like to bring my ideas to work so children can take home their own pieces of artwork.  

I love getting to know all the children so that I'm able to cater to individual needs, supporting their journey through Preschool.  Engaging with children and watching them grow is something I will always enjoy and I feel privileged to be apart of such a wonderful team.
