I have 15 years experience as a nurse and within nursing management.  I have 3 children of my own, 1 of which has additional needs. 

My passion for childcare has always been there but like most, changing from ‘what I knew’ was a challenge, a challenge that I embraced and wouldn’t look back, My only regret is that I didn’t make the jump sooner.  

I have a love for learning about additional needs, ensuring the safety of child and safeguarding. 

I hold my management and leadership status as well as completing my childcare qualification.  

In my spare time I enjoy time with my family and friends, football is my life, playing taxi service to my 3 boys and husband.  

Alongside football I like going for long dog walks through the woods with our dog and days out as a family.

I have over 15 years experience within childcare, initially starting as a childminder where I completed my level 3 in childcare.

I have a passion for developing physical health and wellbeing, I love learning new things and watching children learn through play fills me with enjoyment.  

I spend my spare with my family and friends, having 3 boys of my own to keep me busy.  

I enjoy taking my dog for long walks around my local area and love spending time exploring the world we live in, travelling is a hobby of mine.  

I started my career in childcare over 10years ago.  I have progressively worked my way up from nursery practitioner to deputy manager.  

I love being part of so many different children's stories and helping them grow and develop. 

I now have a child of my own who is in reception and another on the way.  

I was born in Zimbabwe and moved here when I was 10years old. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with the family, going on nature walk in the woods, bike rides, visiting the zoo and farms.  

My name is Sylwia and I have always been surrounded by little ones, whether that be in my own family or within the local community.  

As a mum of 3, I know how important it is to create a warm, caring and fun environment where the children feel safe and happy. 

I also had a wonderful experience of being a Nanny for twin girls which taught me so much about having patience, creativity and supporting children's individual needs.  

I', alway eager to learn new things and I bring curiosity into my work with the children.  I love dancing and singing with them, there's nothing better than seeing little ones laugh, enjoying themselves as they learn.  

I've always had a passion for working with children.  

I'm at the beginning of my journey having worked in pre-schools for nearly 3years.

I enjoy the creativity and adventure children have and being a part of guiding them to learn and grow.  

Working in Early Years means no 2 days are the same but finishing each day knowing a child has gained a new experience and learnt something new is very rewarding.    

I have 2 children of my own, we love long walks, exploring new places and being by the seaside.  

I am an experienced Early Years and child care professional with over 18years in the field and a masters degree in Early Years education. 

I am passionate about supporting young children's development. particularly in the vital earlt years, and enjoy creating learning opportunities that include outdoor exploration and connections with nature.  

As a wife and mother to 5, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight into the importance of nurturing environments for children and their families.
